Members can count on AAA for emergency road service response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada. We will either enable the vehicle to operate under its own power or move it to a safer location. Basic AAA membership includes towing five miles in any direction or back to the nearest AAA facility; AAA Plus, AAA Plus RV AAA Premier and AAA Premier RV memberships provide enhanced towing benefits.

Emergency road service response is provided to members at no charge; the nearest contract station will send a truck to the eligible disabled vehicle. The AAA member must have been present when the vehicle became disabled and must show a valid membership card and picture identification to the response unit (unless being present would jeopardize your personal safety).
