AAA Corporate Travel utilizes a global distribution system, which provides accurate, updated information on airline fares, schedules and related travel services. It allows AAA Corporate Travel consultants to obtain last seat availability, seat maps for seat assignments and obtain guaranteed confirmations.

AAA, through its affiliation with ABC Corporate Services, has negotiated special corporate hotel rates. All major hotel chains are included in our program, representing over 10,000 properties. Reservations are made using your company’s existing contract rates, our own corporate rates, special promotional rates, or AAA member rates, whichever are lower.

AAA has nationally negotiated discount rates for our clients with Hertz. These rates will be compared with any corporate rates offered directly to our corporate clients and the lowest rates confirmed. We can also negotiate corporate rates with Hertz on your behalf. Our corporate customers are eligible to receive free memberships to the Hertz #1 Club Gold program, allowing the traveler to have all their information pre-registered with Hertz so they skip the lines at the airport when renting a car.
