Emergency Roadside Assistance is provided to members at no charge. The nearest contract station will send a tow truck to the eligible disabled vehicle. The AAA member must be present when the vehicle became disabled, and must show a valid membership card and picture identification to the response unit (unless being present would jeopardize your personal safety).
When you're in need of roadside assistance, call AAA at 952-927-2727 (or, if service is needed outside of Hennepin county, 1-800-AAA-HELP (1-800-222-4357)). Not a AAA member? Join online to take advantage of this service.
