The Travel Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations across the three branches in Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, and Maple Grove, ensuring that staff deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals. This role supports the Travel Department by supervising branch staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and assisting with sales targets and customer service delivery.

Generate new insurance business by selling and managing insurance policies on behalf of AAA Minneapolis.  This includes attracting new clients, evaluating their needs, proposing plans that meet their needs while ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Responsible for facilitating agency growth and enhancing our company’s reputation in the market by playing a crucial role in promoting life and health insurance products and services.  This will involve engaging with potential clients by understanding their specific life and health insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.

he Branch Retail Associate in Maple Grove serves as a first point of contact for visitors at the branch office with responsibility for providing warm, friendly communication to help members and non-members with questions or transactions or direct them to appropriate resources. Also responsible for selling merchandise at the branch office.

The Welcome Desk Associate serves as a first point of contact for visitors at AAA Minneapolis. Responsible for providing warm, friendly communication to help our customers with questions or transactions or direct them to the proper resources.
