Description
Insurance leads provided by AAA Minneapolis! We are looking for experienced Health Insurance agents who can help us shape our growing health insurance book of business in our agency.
*Must hold an active Life/Health Insurance License for the State of MN*
We're looking for applicants located in MN, NY, MO, NC, PA, and OH who are currently licensed to sell life and health insurance products and services in the state of MN. Qualified leads are provided to supplement your lead generation efforts and compensation includes base pay plus monthly commissions. In exchange for your expertise, we offer the following:
- Hybrid work environment after training (60-90 days)
- Base pay negotiable based on previous experience. Total annual compensation including base + commissions for experienced agent is from $70,000-100,000+
- Earn un-capped commissions
- Opportunity to make additional commissions on AAA Minneapolis membership sales and AAA Visa card sales
- Continuing education opportunities paid for by the company

Summary:
Responsible for facilitating agency growth and enhancing our company’s reputation in the market by playing a crucial role in promoting life and health insurance products and services. This will involve engaging with potential clients by understanding their specific life and health insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize agency provided leads, in addition to sourcing and networking through various channels, to generate life and health sales
- Work with agency partner to identify and offer life and health insurance solutions to prospective clients; find the products/coverage that best suits the client’s individual needs
- Utilize agency management system and carrier quoting tool to provide tailored solutions for each client
- Make compelling sales presentations to clients to effectively close the sale
- Establish long-term relationships with clients and re-assess policy needs and changes throughout their different life stages
- Host company sponsored seminars to educate members and non-members on company products and services
- Assist clients through the application process, issue quotes and maintain client records in the agency CRM system
- Place a focus on continuing education and professional development, keep informed of relevant insurance sales products and practices

Education and/or Experience:
- Must hold an active Life/Health Insurance License for the State of MN
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years insurance agency experience
- Proven sales experience
