AAA Minneapolis Member Ballot for the Election of Directors

The AAA Minneapolis Board of Directors is presenting this ballot to voting members of AAA Minneapolis to elect directors for the 2022 fiscal year. Directors have historically been elected at the Annual Meeting in February of each year. The Annual Meeting will not be conducted in person this year, therefore, voting will be conducted by ballot. All AAA Minneapolis members are encouraged and entitled to vote.

AAA Minneapolis must receive responses from a minimum of one hundred (100) current voting members to constitute a quorum of the members for purposes of taking action on the election of directors. Members may vote for or against the proposed slate of directors nominated by the Board of Directors. The approval of a majority of the voting members responding by ballot will be necessary to approve the election of the slate of directors (i.e. selecting “I approve” on the ballot linked below).

Returning Your Ballot

Ballots may be returned to AAA Minneapolis at its office located at 5400 Auto Club Way, Minneapolis, MN 55416-2576, by United States mail or in person, or via email (PDF or scanned copy is acceptable) to Communications@AAAMinneapolis.com.

To be counted, ballots must be received by AAA Minneapolis on or before March 15, 2022. Ballots may not be revoked. Ballots with more than one option selected or without the voting member’s signature, date, and member number will be voided.
