• I grew up taking road trips around the US with my family. If you’ve seen the original National Lampoon’s Vacation, you have an idea how some aspects of these family road trips happened.
• I’m an avid runner and find it a great way to get to know a location. I’ve travelled for races in Hawaii, New York City, Boston, Los Angeles and Whistler, Canada.
• I seem to really like island destinations - Caribbean, Hawaii, Santorini, Venice,and Ibiza. I’ve enjoyed scuba diving in many of these locations. Born and raised in Minnesota, I appreciate any warm escape from our long winters.
• It’s difficult to pick my favorite trips. I find great experiences even in destinations I’ve been to multiple times. Venice, Italy is a standout, as is Los Angeles.
• When I’m not helping people plan an adventure or putting together my own, I enjoy spending time with my family and Violet, my Bea-Bull (English Bulldog Beagle mix.)
