Like many local businesses, AAA Minneapolis started the process of reopening our offices to the public after Memorial Day. It has been a learning experience, and I’m pleased that our efforts have created a safe and healthy environment for our members, customers and employees. AAA Minneapolis adheres to the safety and operational guidelines set forth by Governor Walz and the Minnesota Department of Health and has implemented procedures based on guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. While it is impossible to stop the spread of COVID-19 completely, we have taken the appropriate steps so you may safely visit AAA Minneapolis.

Since reopening to the public, I have had the opportunity to chat with visitors who, overall, are genuinely pleased to come to our offices and receive in-person service and support. I get the sense that many people are cautiously optimistic and look forward to the prospect of getting back to their lives. At AAA Minneapolis, we're finally back to business and offering most of our in-person, pre-COVID-19 programs and services. Emergency Roadside Assistance continues as a 24/7 service and will be critical as more members return to the road in the coming months. Our full-service travel agency is available for walk-ins and online or in-person appointments, and provides the perfect inspiration for your next trip or adventure. Now is the ideal time to start making travel plans for the future. Our Membership and Insurance Specialists are standing by to help you manage your AAA membership, talk about your insurance needs and provide you with a free insurance quote. The AAA Travel Store is open for walk-ins and has all the gear you need for your trips, whether you’re traveling by car, train, plane or cruise. And of course, our License Services Center is available in St. Louis Park for your driver’s license, title, tabs and plates needs.
